Your Garage - The Welder

Not part of Car Mechanic Simulator in the beginning, the addition of the Welder did cause a bit of confusion. Suddenly people couldn't get the car's body to 100% and unless you were a fan of patch notes it was an adventure to figure out what was suddenly wrong. The Welder is used to repair the frame of the car. Without it, even if you have repaired all removable body parts, the body rating would still not be 100%. Of course the Welder costs a bit to use to repair the vehicle but it does a nice job and adds a little more depth to the game.
