The Final Part of the Code is on the Painting 'Dark Wedding'
You can find the final part of the door code on the painting called 'Dark Wedding'.
Enter the code to open the Special Club
Once you have all 3 parts of the code, you can open the door to the Special Club.
The Dark Wedding & The Complete Code
When you look closely at the painting called 'Dark Wedding' you'll see a set of Roman Numerals etched in the bottom right corner. These are the numbers 1 & 5. This is the last part of the code.
Note: In this room you will also find a Silver Mask and a Silver Nail. They are on the wall near the Dagger and are used shortly.
Head back through the door on the left once you have everything you need from this room. Then head through the door on the left. This will put you back in the room with the door to the Special Room.
Once you are back in the the room with the door, you'll need to examine it more closely to enter the code.
The Clue is:

with which we celebrate our vows.
The Clue Means:
Reminder 4 2
Dagger 3 6
Dark Wedding 1 5
