Walkthroughs For Ghost Master Act 3
Free the Restless Spirits
Free Scarecrow first
Free Scarecrow by using Harriet and Hard Boiled to turn the water on the ground to blood.
Free Black Crow next
Destroy the cabin to free Black Crow. A Quake or repeated use of Tremor will do the trick.
Then free Stormtalon
To free Stormtalon you need to create a storm using a combination of Haunters and powers.
Now we free Dragoon
Dragoon rides through the village terrorizing the mortals.
Free Scarecrow first
We start off the walkthrough by freeing Scarecrow. Simply bind Harriet near Scarecrow and have her use the Ethereal Gift. Then bench her. Put Hard Boiled on the gift and use his Seeping Blood Power. Once Scarecrow is free, bench him.
Free Black Crow next
Continue the walkthrough for Spooky Hollow by going to Black Crow's shack. Bind Stonewall near the shack and use his Quake power.
Then free Stormtalon
The next step of the Spooky Hollow Walkthrough is to free Stormtalon. You need to use Rain, Gusts, and Gather Winds. After these are all running it will create a storm and free him. This may take a few moments. Weatherwitch, Raindancer, and Aether have the powers to complete this task. You need to use all three of them.
Now we free Dragoon
Either have Black Crow possess a mortal, or use Fingers with Unearthly Calm. Then have Blue Murder use Obsession to draw them out to the windmill. Someone will look in the window and head back to the house.
They may make a few trips, but they will bury the skull and free Dragoon. Unearthly Calm is far more effective, but a bit trickier to execute.
